Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Saginaw By Ihg, Saginaw

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned between guests, but I did enjoy having access to a room with a Jacuzzi and pool access. The service was outstanding, going above and beyond to assist us, but I had to deal with an issue where I was not charged correctly. The location was convenient, near many amenities and a university, though there was a card switch problem. The dining was good overall, with some waiting time for hot food. The facilities were adequate, nothing extraordinary.
